DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery of Orders

 

SA Deliveries
Our MiiPod team will promptly pick and dispatch your order, either sameday or next business day and delivered to your by one of our MiiPod team members.

 

Interstate Deliveries

Our MiiPod team will promplty pick and dispatch your order within in 1 to 2 business days on recipt of payment, mode of delivery is carried out by our selected courier serivce. 


Standard packaging and national delivery charges for all capsules are set at $10 for all orders under $50. All orders over $50 will be packaged and delivered anywhere in Australia FREE OF CHARGE *Free delivery excludes coffee machines, See the MiiPod shop for more details and delivery charges. 

Returns
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with any of the MiiPod products please refer to the returns policy and contact us using the contact us page within 21 days.

RETURNS POLICY

Our return policy is governed and in accordance with South Australian and Australian law. Returns will only be accepted once prior approval from MiiPod has been granted and must be with 30 days of invoice. 

If a product is faulty please contact MiiPod immediately. 

You must verify your order of goods upon delivery and must notify MiiPod within 10 days of receipt of any incorrect order. 

To be eligible for a refund, the item must meet the refund return criteria: MiiPod capsule consumable product refunds will be based on the number of pods returned up to 17 pods out of a bag of 20 and up to 46 pods out of a box of 50. 18 pods out of a bag of 20 and 47 pods out of a box of 50 returned will be entitled to a full refund of the product purchased price. All items will only be accepted once prior approval from MiiPod has been granted and must be within 30 days of invoice. 

All returned items must also be in the original packaging. 

It will be the customers responsibly to return the goods to MiiPod if required. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

All refunds are excluding packaging and postage charges. Refund payments are processed within 30 days and payments will be made via direct credit to your card or bank account transfer. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@miipod.com.au.

What we do with your information
When you purchase a product from the MiiPod store, as part of the purchasing process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. 

When you browse the MiiPod store, we also automatically receive your computer's internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about the MiiPod store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. 

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
